Recently renovated, they offer modern comfort, they are completely furnished (sofa-bed, cupboard, table and chairs, television set, ) and offer a high level of safety : for example there are several levels of access control to the flats.

Kitchen equipment includes a sink, electrical burners and a refrigerator, a microwave and cupboards.
There is a washing machine downstairs for the whole building, but in most studio apartments, if the renter wishes to install his/her own washing machine in the studio apartment, it can be put in place of the refrigerator moved to another part of the flat; the pipes for a washing machine are ready.

Heating is electrical through modern economical heaters.
